Effective Date: July 30, 2026. Largenza is a store operated and owned by Lumivanta LLC. Please read these terms carefully before using the site.

Section 1

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing https://largenza.com/ or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy, Shipping, Returns, and Payment policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Lumivanta LLC, the company that operates the Largenza store, and apply every time you visit or order.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, and able to form a binding contract to place an order. By ordering you confirm you meet these requirements.

3. Account & Orders

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide at checkout, including your shipping address. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including suspected fraudulent orders.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed through PayPal. The price displayed is the final product price. Any applicable sales tax, if required by your state, will be calculated at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the United States only, to all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii. Orders are produced within 2–4 business days, then shipped, with delivery in 3–6 business days for a total of 5–10 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary with carrier conditions, weather, and holidays. Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier marks the package delivered.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for eligible items, as described in our Returns & Exchanges policy. Items must be unworn and in original packaging with tags attached.

7. Product Information & Availability

Every item is custom printed and made to order. We work to display products accurately, but colors and finishes may vary slightly between screens and finished prints. We may update or discontinue designs at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on https://largenza.com/, including logos, text, graphics, and product designs, is the property of Lumivanta LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems.

10. Disclaimers

The site and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind beyond those required by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
